Seventeen members of Post and five adult advisers will arrive this week. Month-long tour, sponsored by North Hollywood Optimist Club, will take scouts over 8,000-mile area. One of advisers accompanying Post is 80-year-old Lew Webster first Scoutmaster in Valley."
