Description: Rio Vista Festival Queens - Queens of the Holy Ghost Festival in Rio Vista are seen in a ceremony in which they exchange their tiaras for crowns. They are Marie Robinson of Rio Vista, left, senior queen; Linda Metcalf of Lodi, center, junior queen , and Joanna Patrick of Isleton, little queen. The two day festival during the weekend drew several hundred persons of Portugese descent from throughout the Central Valley.
