Undated photograph caption reads, "Cubs, Scouts and Explorers in the San Fernando Valley Council, Boy Scouts of America, will be searching for mystery man shown above. In various communities on Saturday, May 14, this man will walk the streets in civilian dress, and first Cub, Scout or Explorer who sells him tickets to the Scoutcraft Fair, May 21, will receive a valuable prize from the Scoutcraft Fair committee. The Council says tickets are on public sale and will buy admittance to great show."
