Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph article dated December 31, 1963 partially reads, "Encino's auto row will soon boast one of the largest automotive facilities on the West Coast when the new service building of Fletcher's Chevrolet is completed at 16425 Ventura Blvd., at Havenhurst Ave. The new building, constructed adjacent to the present service facility will parallel Ventura Blvd., for an additional frontage of 400 feet and approximately 70 feet deep." Photograph caption reads, "Concrete beam swings into position at new Fletcher Chevrolet building. Service facility at big automotive agency will provide roof parking for 300 cars."
