Peter Drucker writes to Carolina Biquard to congratulate her on her success on applying the Drucker Self Assessment Tool to a large Catholic Parish. However, he tells her that he is not surprised by this success because the Drucker Self Assessment Tool itself grew out of he did with a group called Leadership Network which worked with large and growing churches, which were mostly Protestant. He mentions that John McNeice is applying the tool to parishes in Boston Catholic Archdioceses. He goes on to advise her to send a copy of her last fax to Frances Hesselbein, and to congratulate Frances on receiving the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
