Charles Macklin writes Charles Fletewood saying that he has seen Mr. Rich twice and makes mention of his present hard circumstances. Charles Fletewood probably refers to Charles Fleetwood. The page 4 scan was rotated 180 degrees. The letter contains seal remnants.
