He eventually was replaced by George B. Phillips who served out the remainder of Jolley's term. Photograph dated June 3, 1954 shows Burbank city councilman and former mayor, Floyd Jolley at an unidentified location possibly preparing a speech or public statement regarding the upcoming June elections in which his recall will be put to a vote.
