Photograph article dated January 7, 1964 partially reads, "Reed Lawton, co-ordinator of public relations for Lockheed Missiles and Space Co., Van Nuys, is new president of the Industrial Association of the San Fernando Valley. He was unanimously elected Monday at a board of directors meeting in Studio City at the Tail o' the Cock Restaurant." Seen in the photograph is Lawton, right, receiving a gavel from outgoing president Seymour H. Mann.
