Canceled single year lease beginning June 1, 1937 and ending May 31, 1938 for 48 acres of the Dominguez Estate Company tract west of Wilmington Avenue with a yearly rent of $1200. Additional text is added to the end of the agreement referring to subleasing and citizenship requirements for lessees.
