Description
Heavy traffic at the corner of Wilshire and Western about 1930. The intersection was the busiest in the city. The small traffic signal at the lower left does not seem to be of much help, considering the predicament of the driver whose car is stranded in the middle of the intersection. Perhaps the photo was taken to illustrate a need for better traffic signals.
