Description
The Adobe Building at 157 Moffett Blvd. was built in 1934 with adobe brick actually made on site. The building was used by many groups through the years: Junior Chamber of Commerce, USO, Red Cross, Service Men's Center, a youth center called the "Eagles Shack," Mountain View Recreation Department, American Legion Post, daily Community Services Agency's senior lunch program and as a meeting venue for the Mountain View Pioneer and Historical Association (now known as the Mountain View Historical Association).
