Photograph caption dated May 25, 1965 reads, "City Superintendent of Schools Jack P. Crowther gives citizenship certificates to graduates of a class conducted by the school system. Here he gives diploma to Mrs. Joseph Ivey of Woodland Hills who originally came from Hungary. She took her course of instruction at Reseda High School. Awards were made at ceremony last night in Sepulveda Junior High School."
