Photograph of the brothers Jason & Owen Brown at their mining camp, San Bernardino Mountains, ca.1890. Both men have long white beards. They stand outside on either side of a stove venting smoke up a stack. Camp supplies, including a watering can, pail, basin, wheelbarrow, sit nearby. They fought along side their father, John Brown, in the Civil War.
