Photograph caption dated February 8, 1960 reads, "Roy and Jane McDonald, North Hollywood square dancers pose before McDonald's Square Dance Barn they built at 13201 Saticoy St. Barn, which will be rented on non-profit basis to square dance clubs, will officially open with 'Chair Dance' at 8 p.m. Saturday. Price of admission paid by dancers will be used to purchase chairs for hall."
