Morrow, the San Mateo Theater has an achitectural style which incorporates Art Deco, Neo-Classical, Renaissance Revival elements. Located at 66 Third Street in the city of San Mateo, the former 1200-seat theater, which opened on July 23, 1925, is now used for both office and retail space.
