Description
Big Creek Powerhouse #8 - Looking down on Powerhouse 8, showing conditions at end of construction road, storage space being provided, et. The road along the left center of the picture, and upon which two men are standing, is the section which will be used for reaching the generator floor of the 2nd unit. The concrete mixing plant, rock and sand bins, are just beginning to take form in the center of the picture by the derrick.
