Cabrillo can be seen standing, looking to the left with his hand on his knee. At the base of the statue, six men in costume are following Cabrillo's gaze. Three of the men are dressed as conquistadors, one as a clergy men, and two as Spanish nobles. One of the soldiers is holding a flag at right. Trees are visible in the background.
