Description
A male doll in the style of the Green HMong in Sayaboury, Laos. His outfit is defined by the baggy harem pants worn by Green HMong men, tied with a red sash at the waist. A pink tassel in the shape of a large pompom sits on top of the black cap worn by the doll. Typed label attached to the front of the jacket reads, "HMong Artisans, Stockton, CA, (209) 465-1541." Handwritten note on label reads, "111 / Blue HMong."
Original reference to the historical use of "Blue HMong" has been updated to reflect the more accurate Green HMong sub-group.
