Photograph caption dated January 22, 1958 reads "Firemen move equipment into new $40,000 San Fernando fire station No. 2 at First and Hagar streets. Riding on rig are, from left, Firemen Kay Trout, Engineer Herman Bodholdt, Chief Reed Van Bebber and Fireman Dick Ross." This structure, at 1211 First Street, is currently occupied by an ambulance service company.
