Description
Photograph shows a group portrait of nine women posing indoors wearing dresses and hats. There are wood cabinets on either side of them and the camera flash is reflected in the mirror behind the women. On verso: "Y.W.C.A." (written twice) with "WEBCO PRINT WILL NEVER FADE Apr 16 1934" stamped in an oval with purple ink in the center of the photograph. " Apr 18 1934" stamped in purple ink in lower right hand corner. 1934-04 Scanned with Microtek Scanmaker 1000XL Pro; as a 600 dpi TIFF image in 24-bit RGB color. Auto Level image processing applied and compressed into JPEG format using Photoshop CS3
