Description
Seen here are members of Support for Harbor Area Women's Lives (SHAWL) that are holding a yard sale. A handwritten sign taped to one of the columns reads: "10 items, $1.00". Shawl House of San Pedro is a residential outpatient treatment center for women needing long-term treatment for alcohol and substance abuse. It is located at 936 South Center Street, in the older part of town. Photograph dated June 2001.
