Title supplied by cataloger. Photographer's caption reads, "Glendale KIA is top sponsor of the April 24th Armenian Genocide March. Their red and black logo is splashed on the cards, flyers, and posters. April 24 is not arbitrary. It's the date in 1915 when the Turkish government arrested hundreds of Armenian leaders in Constantinople. Most were summarily executed. Thus began the prototype genocide for the bloody 20th Century. "Who now remembers the Armenians?" asked Hitler. He would find his answer in Hollywood. On a stage flanked by the Auto Glass and Muffler Shop and the Universal Hair Salon speakers addressed thousands of black-clad marchers and exhorted the Turkish government to stop their denial of the genocide."
