Description
Adam Wasson and Jessica Stamen discuss their book, “The Self-Destruction Handbook.” They begin by explaining that there are plenty of books that help readers to avoid self-destructive behavior and that is why they decided to help those who want to not help themselves. They start by detailing the rules for dating and the chapter in their book that parodies the popularity of dating advice. Adam then explains their advice on dieting and how their book advises to just not eat in order to loose weight. Wasson and Stamen share the topics of some of their other chapters such as, drinking, sex, and internet dating. They go on to explain how they met and came up with the idea for the book. Wasson later explores his interest and training in literary satire and Stamen discusses her career in film production.
