Photograph caption dated June 13, 1941 reads "Mary Pickford as she gave her welcoming address to the Pacific Coast Conference of Motion Picture Theatre Owners and the Motion Picture Theatre Operators of America, with R.E. Poole, executive secretary of the PCCITO. The convention is behing [sic] held in Los Angeles at the Ambassador Hotel."
