Original photograph has a stain on the left side of the picture.
Photograph caption dated July 7, 1960 reads "Mrs. Helen Greenberg, left, of Van Nuys, helps Janey Symington, daughter-in-law of Sen. Stuart Symington, decorate H. C. 'Cap' Hardy of Van Nuys with buttons supporting Missouri legislator's bid for Democratic presidential nomination. Both Mrs. Greenberg and Hardy are key workers in Symington campaign organization at Biltmore and Sports Arena."
