As of 1990, at this location were Mill Valley Art Material (433 Miller Avenue) and Japanese Samurai Restaurant (425 Miller Avenue). Note on back: "This is one of Larry Brink's buildings - (last one was located at 250-E. Blithedale and Sycamore), Now printing: firm M.V. Services and Whole Eastern (?) Herbs. This one is located at and is now M.V. Art Material 433 and Japanese Samurai restaurant 425 Miller Avenue M.V."
