The back of the postcard is blank and contains information about the mission agency: Oeuvres de Don Bosco. Pref. Apost. Luapula Superieur (Congo belge) Procure: Compte cheques 2719.01. Werk Van Don Bosco. Apost. Pref. van Boven-Luapula (Belg. Kongo). There is also the caption: "15. Jeunes filles noires parees pur participer a la procession a La Kafubu.- 15. Zwarte meisjes gereed om deel te nemen aan de processie te Kafubu." ("Black girls ready to participate in the procession to Kafubu.")
