More than 400 people yesterday turned out to watch a battery of Los Angeles County officials join with Antelope Valley leaders in the ceremonies. Included in the station which covers more than 20,000 square feet are secretarial, communications, booking, teletype, interview and assembly rooms, plus a 28-cell jail."
