Description
Photograph was edited for publication purposes
Photograph article dated February 12, 1964 partially reads, "It takes more than clown white, black liner and a silly red nose to make a man into an Emmett Kelly. Just adding the baggy pants and the big, flip-flop shoes won't do it, either. If you don't have it inside, if you don't have the experience to back up that goofy get-up, you just ain't got it. But Joe Brown's got it."; See images #00117348 through #00117351 for all photos in this series.
