Photograph caption dated July 29, 1964 reads, "James G. Moran, left, administrative assistant to Los Angeles County Supervisor Warren M. Dorn, presents Vic Holtby, center, retiring vice president and manager of United California Bank's North Hollywood branch, with a citation from the board for his long service to the community. Looking on is W. Park Newcomer, master of ceremonies of the testimonial luncheon at Studio City's Tail o' the Cock yesterday."
