"Designed & Published by Geo. W. Porter, Lockport, N.Y."--text, bottom left margin. "(Entered according to Act of Congress in the year 1866, by Geo. W. Porter in the Clerk's Office of the District Court of the United States for the Northern District of New York.)"--text, bottom center margin. "Clay, Cosack & Co. Buffalo, N.Y."--text, bottom right margin. "A memorial to perpetuate the remembrance of the heroes of the Union Army and Navy, who fell while fighting for their country, or died in rebel prisons, in military and naval hospitals, in the years 1861, '62, '63, '64, '65."--text, bottom center margin.
