Description
Shows Pellissier Building located at 3780 Wilshire Boulevard (corner of Wilshire and Oxford), Warner Bros. Western Theatre located at far end at 3790 Wilshire. Full exterior view of theatre and vacant shops with for lease signs in windows. Mott no. 762 refers to Kushin Drop Ladder Co.

Pellissier Building was commissioned in 1929 by Henry de Roulet and the Pellissier family. Exterior terra cotta by Gladding-McBean Co. Warner Bros. Theatre closed within year, reopened in mid-thirties as Wiltern.
