Description
"Many Fair Oaks farmers used large tractors, like this one in 1913. Tractors skyrocketed in popularity after technological advances saw the number of sales soar from approximately 600 in use in 1907 to around 3.4 million by 1950. Often families, like a cooperative, would share or rent out equipment, like the Ricketts possibly did for the Deweys."
