Heimbaugh, seated left, district governor of California-Nevada-Hawaii Kiwanians, was welcomed at official visit to annual Division 25 Kiwanis meeting by Donal Engen, president of host Encino club, seated, and Park Arnold, Kiwanis International trustee, and W. W. Speer, lieutenant governor of Division 25, from left standing. Governor spoke on 'Forward in Kiwanis.'"
