Silver Belt Race held at Sugar Bowl between 1940 and 1975. Was a giant slalom run that went from near the top of Mt. Lincoln down to Sugar Bowl.
Warren Miller, John Jay, Frank "Doc" Howard were foremost ski filmmakers.
