Description
"Whiskerinos of the World" a parade and contest for beards. View shows "Spray" Moore, on the left head of the Whiskerino Contest at Roarin Camp in Southside Park. The occasion is the Sacramento Golden Empire Centennial celebration in 1939. This event celebrated John Sutter landing in Sacramento in 1839.
