Photograph of an aerial view of a flooded residential area in Buena Park, 1938. Along the bottom edge of the image, automobiles can be seen making their way or parked along the streets. Farther in, however, large plots of residential streets and property appear covered in sludge, the houses partially submerged. The automobiles that traverse these streets at center make ripples in the liquid. Photoprint reads: "This photograph is loaned to you. Please return to: Illustrator. L.A. City Planning Dept.
