Photograph article dated March 6, 1961 partially reads, "'Go prepared. Practice what you preach and like young people.' A Van Nuys Sunday School leader with nearly 40 years' experience believes any teacher armed with these qualities on Sunday morning 'can't miss having a successful class.'... Rees Hergesheimer, superintendent of the junior division at the First Methodist Church of Van Nuys, gave his views on today's improved Church School teaching."
