Postmarked April 11, 1910, San Jose, to Miss Katie Lady, Grass Valley, Calif. "322 E. San Salvador, Apr. 10, 1910. Dear Katie -- I received your lovely postal a few days ago and was real glad to hear from you. I am glad Minnie is a little better but sorry she doesn't get well faster. I had a lovely visit in Capitola. I wrote home about it and if I had time should like to tell you all about it but you can ask Harlan and he'll tell you all about it you tell him I told you to ask him. I hope you are well and not working too hard. Your loving friend Florence." Message on front: "We are all to be in this Rose Carnival you better come on down."
