Lou Weinstock, the owner of the Skol Room at the Corbin Bowl bowling alley in Tarzana CA, is under fire from locals for a striptease show that takes place in the Skol Room at the bowling alley. Corbin Bowl is located at 19616 Ventura Blvd. Photograph caption dated May 1, 1964 reads, "Stripper Betty Rowland hostessed a bedside press conference Thursday as she announced her support of Supervisor Warren Dorn in his fight against 'girlie' magazine. Skol Room proprietor Lou Weinstock, left, was in '100 per cent agreement,' he said."
