Three of them are naked, one is only wearing a necklace, the other one is holding a fur in his hands, and the third is standing in the background next to a hut, holding something in his hands. Another boy is wearing a shirt and is holding two sticks in his hands. The young man, wrapped in a drapery and wearing earrings and a little headscarf, is standing in front of the fifth boy, so that one can see only his left arm which is holding a stick. Two huts and a hill in the background. Wilhelm Friedrich Karl Blohm, born in 1884 in Keffenbrinck (Germany), was a carpenter. In 1911 he married Marie Bürger. He started his missionary work in 1911 in Unyamwezi (East Africa). After being imprisoned by the Belgians from 1916 till 1917 he returned to Germany. From 1922 till 1945 he worked as a missionary in Baziya (South Africa). He died in Baziya in 1945.
