Description
Library staff of Cahuenga Branch Library; shown are: Gladys Glen, Fannie Dorman, 1st Librarian and Carrie Ziegler. Note the architectural designs around the stairways and on the pillars at the entrance of the library. The Renaissance revival style library, located at 4591 Santa Monica Boulevard, was built with a $35,000 grant from Andrew Carnegie. Architect: C.H. Russel. Photo dated: March 1917.
