Description
Photograph caption dated September 23, 1959 reads, "Archery in bricks - Danny Ortez hand-sets bricks into forms known as arches, each arch containing 33,000 bricks, to make kiln which has 33 such arches. Workers set average of five arches per day to form kiln which is then sealed by second wall of brick and mud before firing."; See images #00114368 through #00114374 for all photos in this series.
