Description
"Missions-Station Berea." ("Mission station Berea."). The picture shows three or four houses in the distance, one having the shape of a church building. In the foreground grass and small bushes. In the background mountains. Imprinted on the image: "Miss. Stat. Beröa. S. A. W. No. 526." ("Miss[ion] Stat[ion] Berea. S[outh] A[frica] W[est]. No. 526.").
Photography faded. -- Down left the picture is a bit damaged and there are black spots mainly on the right of the picture. -- Berea was an out-station of Genadendal.
