Photograph of a view of the construction of the First Street and Figueroa Street bridge in Los Angeles, [s.d.]. The bridge can be seen at center and is mostly complete. Wooden scaffolding is visible near the roadbed and on a concrete pillar at center. A steep hillside is visible on both sides of the bridge. In the foreground at right, a paved road is visible. In the background at left, the brick Norfolk Apartments building is visible near the end of the bridge.
