Description
Dr. Roy L. Walford discusses his book, “The 120-Year Diet.” He begins by explaining that his book gives people advice on how to change their lifestyles to life longer. He talks about how he is a professor of pathology at the University of California at Los Angeles. He describes how a poor, vitamin-deficient diet can lead to serious health problems and disease. Dr. Walford says that people should weight about 10 lbs under their optimal weight. He talks about how lab animals lived longer eating a low caloric diet. He ends the interview by discussing that a low-sodium and low-fat diet is recommended for a long life.
