Description
This is a very special oral history. LoVerne Morris wrote articles on Whittier history, published in the Whittier Daily News, for many years surrounding the 1950s. She interviewed founding families, and wrote long feature articles describing Whittier's first settlers. She is interviewed by Virginia Mathony, who wrote several books on Whittier history in the 1980s.
