Description
Description from back of photo: "An air balancing jack, all of which means it is simply another type and make of pumping unit. Instead of the heavy cast iron counter balance weights shown on image 14151 OS, this type unit uses a pneumatic right hand corner as the well head and the flow line. The flow line permits the oil to travel from the well to the trap farm. Walking beam type pumping units are generally not suited to pump wells much over 7,000 feet deep although this particular unit can be used bo[?] a depth of 7,500 feet."
