Photograph of a portrait of Xaviar Poag Killingsworth, with two months of age, at the Mothers Educational Center, 1926. The malnourished infant can be seen lying down on two layers of small blankets, while a white band is noticeable around his waist. The baby has his dark-colored eyes wide open while looking towards the viewer. A partially visible door, showing its knob, serves as the background. The back of the photoprint reads: "Xaviar Killingsworth 2 months. Weight 7-1-". The image record states that: "He was a pulmotor baby at birth".
