Description
2008-1417 PHOTO: SOLANO COUNTY: GREEN VALLEY Built around 1892 in Green Valley. Shows lake and surrounding hills. Stone and wood tower built into lake, connected to shore by elevated walkway. James Topley came to Vallejo in 1852 eventually running drugstore. He was amateur photographer, taking pictures of Vallejo beginning in 1850's. After his death, his sons James Henry and William Henry continued photographing Vallejo into 1920's. $
